More than 40 applicants registered for the first intensive training course in laparoscopic suturing organised by Adella Training Center. The application deadline closed on 15 September, with online applications received from all over the country.
“We are glad that there was such strong interest from many young and ambitious colleagues. This is the first training organised under the umbrella of Adella Training Center, and our idea is to give more and more young doctors and students the opportunity to train on latest-generation equipment, through practical sessions as close as possible to a real environment, under the guidance of distinguished and experienced specialists in gynaecology and endoscopic surgery,” said Dr. Ivan Dimitrov, one of the instructors of the practical course in endoscopic suturing.
All registrations were reviewed personally by Dr. Ivan Dimitrov and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Konstantin Grozdev, who selected nine candidates, who will be contacted by email by a representative of Adella Clinic.
The training will take place on 9 and 10 October at Adella Clinic, and several practical exercises are planned for participants to master the basic techniques of laparoscopic suturing. You can find more information about the upcoming training here.
Many students from leading universities in Bulgaria were also interested in the presentation of new developments in laparoscopic suturing in gynaecological and abdominal surgery. For them, Adella Training Center will provide special practical training in which the lecturers will demonstrate the basics of laparoscopic surgery. The dates for this upcoming course will be announced soon on the website and Facebook page of Adella Clinic.
