Adella Fertility Clinic has an agreement with the Centre for Assisted Reproduction (CAR) and works with patients approved for financial and organisational support from the Centre.
The clinic team assists with the preparation of the medical documentation required for the application process.

Preparing and Submitting the Documents
The medical documentation is prepared by Adella Fertility Clinic. The remaining applications, declarations and supporting documents are prepared by the patient and her partner, where applicable.
The current document templates can be downloaded from the official website of the Centre for Assisted Reproduction.
Once complete, the documents are submitted to CAR in accordance with the current application procedure. Each submitted set of documents receives an incoming registration number, and applications are reviewed in the order in which they are received.
If approved, the Director of CAR issues an order for financial and organisational support. The procedure may begin once the order has been received and has entered into force. A new application must be submitted for the second and each subsequent attempt.
